Promotion Guide:
For every experiment you do, you must write a minimum number of reports on your findings and conclusion. These reports are sent to a Senior Researcher (Senior Researcher send reports to a Head Researcher). Depending on your rank will determine how many reports you need to send. You may send reports on the same SCP, but they can’t be the same report. You may format the report any way you want, however, make sure it is clear, and has correct Grammar. If the Senior Researcher thinks that the reports are good enough he/she will tell the Co-Director about a possible promotion. The Co-Director will take it from there, taking into account their application as well.
• Junior Researcher: 3 Reports
• Assistant Researcher: 4-5 reports
• Researcher: 6-9 reports
• Senior Researcher: 10 Reports
Please note, the more reports you do, the more likely you will get the promotion.
