Well surprise surprise, turns out it is PRETTY hard for a moderating team of less than 30 people to constantly come in contact with well over 5 million people, eh?

Uh... What?
First of all, not all of the staff members are moderators. There are moderators, yes, but there're also web designers, asset creators, blog writers, programmers, etc.
Second, ROBLOX has far more than 30 staff members. Considering everything they do, it would be crazy for them to ONLY have 30 staff members.
Third, it really isn't that hard to make a poll using their poll.roblox interface, or just to make a couple blog posts from time to time about important, upcoming features.
Fourth, five million? ROBLOX probably has around 100,000 to 150,000 active players, based on their previous statistics. |

THey have close to 80 staff members for my understanding. And I'd actually place their active player base to like 300k or so. Not sure tho. |
