2.The program ROBLOX uses costs $3,000 a copy.
3.A "RobloxMeshMaker" wouldn't work, you would need the actual program

this wont do well at all, because first what if they make there gear abusive?

3. they should at least pay 1 robux per damage

i think this is a VARY GOOD IDEA and that you should be able to make your own gear.how ever you might want to make it cost a little bit... maybe $2 or $5-$10 |

If you could make your own gear, people would make the damage on their gears very high and make all of their gears over powered.
Plus I mean just learn to script and make tools for games. |

It would be very cool but it would never work well. Roblox dont have time to go messing around testing people gears to see if they are not overpowered. Its kind of pointless. I mean can anyone here even make meshes |
