I don't care about your petty excuse about already being in a war. First of all, it's weak of you to decline a war just because you already have one, but second of all, you don't even have an official war going yet.

Proposed War Terms: (These terms can be negotiated on if need be.)
1. War to 25. First clan to 25 wins the war.
2. A major infraction, as listed below, shall result in a complete stop to the war, with no winner, unless a certain clan was 'destined' to win (ex. clan starts exploiting because other clan is about to win war). In that case, the clan in the lead will be deemed victor. Major infractions include DDoS’ing, Exploitation, Breaking war terms frequently, Real life threats, considered war crimes.
3. Proof of all raid victories must be supplied.
4. Forts are not to be updated without both respective leaders agreeing to the updates.
5. If fort rules are conflicting with War Terms, War Terms reign supreme.
6. No auto wins, unless granted by the war terms.
7. No glitching.
