Maybe ROBLOX should add a part of the site, where retextures are published.
People could see them there and rate them.
The popular ones get noticed by admins and may get published.
The user who made the retexture may get credit in some way. |

Well, the users rate.(With a thumbs up, thumbs down)
Once they get a high thumbs up : thumbs down ratio, it becomes in the popular section. If continually gets thumbs up, admins will notice it, and decide if it should be added |

That is why the community rates it good/bad. It will only appear on the moderator list to look at when it has a high ratio of good to bad |

Waste of time and money for the moderators, would drain moderation resources for the parts of the site that actually need them, and the community can be trolls. |
