Today I will be explaining a few changes within the Security and Security academy promotional system.
As I still have control over Security until I feel my new head is good enough, I am perfectly allowed to do so.
How will the system work in BOA?
Instead of promotions at trainings, you will get points.
Points will tally up until you reach the maximum points, which is 10.
At that point, you will be promoted to Senior Security.
How will the system work in BOAA?
Instead of promotions at trainings, you will get points.
Points will tally up until you reach the maximum points, which is 5 for the next rank.
At that point, you will be promoted to the next rank.
Everyone has to do this, we cannot have people just promoting someone for attending a training.
Now, you also may ask, where will these be kept?
They will be kept on a trello.
All trainers and deputies must make a trello account and PM me it, or face removal.

Let me also exaggerate that you CANNOT accept security applications. If I see anybody accepting security apps I will be having a word. This was what got Trent removed.
Failure to follow these rules will end in suspension and even worse an exile.
