● Low Ranks
└● You must attend UFR events such as trainings and raids, and show your commitment by putting in maximum effort. The leading UFR official will announce when promotions are available.
● Mid Ranks
└● You must prove your valor in battle. A high rank will evaluate you, and decide whether or not you deserve a promotion. This is different than being promoted as a low rank, for you must stand out from the other members of UFR.
└● All mid ranks will also be required to shadow* a high rank while the high rank trains the soldiers. This must be done at least once, so that they may better understand their duties for when they are a high rank.
*Shadow means to follow and observe a high rank closely.
● High Ranks
└● There are two positions you have the choice of becoming. One is Colonel, where your duties lie on the battlefield an training field. The other is Legislator, where your place will be in UFR's government. A Colonel must host trainings, be a leader in battle, and so on. A Legislator must help make decisions, help create UFR's laws, and so on.
└● The high ranks will oversee your progress as a mid rank. Once you are a major, you may request for the high ranks to have a vote on whether or not you should become a Colonel or Legislator. If they decide you are ready, you will be promoted. If they decide you are not ready, you may request for them to reconsider, but only after 2 weeks have passed.
└● Sicko22 will evaluate you as a Colonel or Legislator, and will promote you to General when you become well-known among the soldiers, and become an ideal role model in UFR.
