I. Create The Planet with the format of "Planet (name) - The Intergalactic Network
II. Create Ranks, The group MUST include these ranks to be accepted (Citizen, Marine, Navy, Sergeant, Captain, Spartan, Commander, Spartan Commander, Empress, Council, Royal Family, High Empress, High Emperor) Must have those ranks IN ORDER.
III. Send an alliance request to the Galaxy you wish to be in. (If the galaxy is open you may claim it.
IV. Create Planetary Description
Content:
-Motto
-Galaxy Name
-Vassal Planet or Official Planet
-Brief Description of What your planet originated from
-List Of Goals
V. Make friends and allies. (Optional)
VI. Planetary Logo must be a picture of the planet with Black in the Background.
VII. (LAST STEP) PM The Intergalactic Emperor to be Accepted as a real planet into the galaxy of your choosing.
