Article I. Ranks within the Dominion
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
Section I. High Ranks
The Dominion's High Ranks are responsible for overseeing all processes within The Dominion by collaborating with the other High Ranks and reaching a decision on the proper action to further the cause of The Dominion. Each High Rank is expected to actively participate in The Council, as well as take on a particular project for The Dominion. There may never be more than nine High Ranks leading The Dominion. Failure to complete their responsibilities will result in the demotion of a High Rank.
Section II. Middle Ranks
The Dominion's Middle Ranks are responsible for training the Low Ranks and completing tasks assigned to them. The Middle Ranks are expected to be extremely active, attending all training sessions possible. All Middle Ranks must be efficient in dueling, discipline, knowledge, and hosting; if The Council decides that they are not; they will be demoted. All Middle Ranking members may advance through the ranks through trials. If a Middle Ranking member is observed as fitting for a leadership role, they will be auto-promoted to a High Rank.
Section III. Low Ranks
The Dominion's Low Ranks are responsible for completing their training and are expected to understand how to behave and to use a wand (If new members do not know how to use a wand, they are expected to ask another member to instruct them). Failure to show respect to their high ranking members will result in the punishment of a Low Rank. By the time a Low Rank reaches the Wizard rank, they are expected to have completed their basic training. Low Ranks may become Middle Ranks through Teacher Trials, where they will be tested on dueling, knowledge, discipline, and hosting.
Section IV. Constitutional rights.
All Dominion members have a right to train; however, if they decide to disrupt training or disrespect other members, they can expect punishment and violation of their basic rights. If a member is being abused in any way, they may gather evidence through screenshots and recordings, and communicate the evidence to a High Ranking member. All members are expected to wear uniforms to The Dominion events and training sessions; the only exception to this is insufficient funds to purchase the uniform.

Section I. Training sessions
A training session is a session during which group members may train under the supervision of a qualified trainer. Sessions are expected to be anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes. If a training session lasts over 75 minutes, it is expected of the trainer to end the session immediately and reward the trainees with promotions. During a training session, three events have to be hosted at a minimum.
The following events are permitted:
A. 1 v 1 Wand Fighting (variations permitted)
B. Team Death Match (variations permitted)
C. Free For All
D. Protego Climbing
E. Discipline
F. History
G. Practice Raids
Section II. Wizard Tests
By the Wizard rank, members are expected to have an understanding of the discipline commands, spells and their effects, and how to duel with spell variety and creativity. To ensure there is no Wizard who fails to meet these standards, all Apprentice Wizards must be administered a test by two High Ranks. If the member passes the test, they will be ranked up and expected to continue to strive for the completion of their training. If the member fails, they may retake the test after three days.
Section III. Teacher Tests
At the Assistant Professor rank, members are permitted to take the Teacher test, which will test their ability to understand the discipline command, know the history of The Dominion, duel with spell variety and creativity, and hold a training session. If the two High Ranks administering the test agree the Assistant Professor has passed they will be ranked up. If the Assistant Professor fails, they must wait 14 days to retake the test. If both High Ranks administering the test agree the Assistant Professor is incapable of dueling and completing the discipline commands, the Assistant Professor will be demoted to the Apprentice Wizards.
Section IV. MR Trials
After a month at the rank, Teachers of Wizardry are permitted to request the beginning of their MR trials. Each trial is composed to test a certain aspect of wizardry. The first trial, administered by two High Ranks, tests the teacher's ability to duel. If the teacher fails, they must wait one week before they can retest. If they pass and advance to the Masters of Magic rank, they must wait 14 days before they may take their second trial on Teamwork; four High Ranks will be present. If the Master of Magic fails, they must wait 10 days before retesting; if they pass, they will advance to the Wisdoms rank. At the Wisdoms rank, members must wait 21 days before they may take their final trial on Discipline and Knowledge, which will be administered by one High Rank. If they pass, they will be promoted to the Elders and considered for HR. If they fail, they must wait 10 days before retesting.

Section I. Recruitment sessions
Recruitment sessions may be hosted by any member of The Dominion. Members may recruit by inviting friends to the group, or by going to games designated for recruiting. No recruitment session will be made official unless it is announced by either a Middle Rank or a High Rank. It is expected that all members participating in these sessions wear The Dominion uniform. If a member does an exceptional job at recruiting others, they can earn a promotion.
Section II. Raids/Practice Raids
During an official raid between The Dominion and another group, both parties must collaborate before the raid to reach terms of battle. During the actual raid, both armies will be lined up and informed of the rules before battling to reach a certain amount of kills. During a raid or practice raid, the following rules are always in place:
I. Do not kill members of your team.
II. Do not copy and paste spells.
III. Do not use the cliffs to snipe opposing forces.
IV. Do not camp within casting range of the enemies spawn.
V. TD may not cross the raider bridge.
VI. Hostiles may not cross the TD arch.
Section III. Other events
Several other events can be hosted by The Dominion's high ranks. During these events, it is expected of the host to shout a week in advance, ensuring all members have access to the information. The host may reward promotions or notoriety as a prize to the winner.

Section I. Requirements of an ally.
An ally of The Dominion is expected to have a strong member base, and should be active enough that they are hosting events/making changes to their group on a weekly basis. An ally should also be considered an asset to The Dominion and is expected to assist the group in a time of war. Upon an alliance, both The Dominion and the ally are expected to communicate on a weekly basis through a High ranking representative. Specific terms between the groups are to be decided between representatives for both The Dominion and the proposed ally.
Section II. Rights of an ally.
An ally of The Dominion has a right to pick a representative from their whom they may send into The Dominion. The representative will be placed in the Ally Representatives rank and is permitted presence at Council meetings with the ability to vote on all matters concerning group relations. In addition to representation rights, an ally is also permitted to request assistance from The Dominion in the case of a war, if the council decides the ally to be in need of assistance.
Section III. Conduct during war.
In the case that an enemy declares war on The Dominion, the group will restructure itself to properly train members to engage in combat with other groups. All training sessions will be expected to have emphasis on dueling. Members are expected to behave at their best, causing no disputes to distract the group from its goal of terminating an enemy. Terms for victory/defeat must be negotiated between both the Dominion and its enemy. All other changes will be omitted from the constitution; potential enemies will not be permitted to view The Dominion's battle strategy.
