Promotions
-LR's get promoted by recruiting 5 members or more of attending a training
-MR's can get promoted by recruiting 7 people (Optional by the HR) or attending a training has a 25% chance of being promoted by then
-HR Showing Respect of how they lead a training and Respecting other Hr's, Showing courage, Skills that represent himself to The phoenix King, and if Higher ranked HR's like him they can message the Leader that he should get promoted (Also optional to the Phoenix King)
