The kid's life is basically being documented by youtube videos about his cringy skype calls.
Their hilarity and cringiness aside, I've been watching the skype videos and just getting more and more sad.

His dad threatens to just up and leave to go to Florida, leaving Awesomestrator (Nathan) and his mom.

His parents are separated at this point. His mom cancels his plans to go to a water park with his father, whom I assume is making arrangements to leave for Florida.

This is the most depressing video, in my opinion. You can clearly see his mom's deteriorating mental state. She's just done with everything. She blames their divorce on Nathan, talking about how she can't parent him alone, etc. I really feel for this kid having his life recorded like this. |

i'm annoyed by the kids attitude, but i'm more annoyed by how people are able to see this personal things, laugh at it, and even like it (likes ratio).

I can't really feel sympathy for him because he is one of millions that suffers through this. There are millions that suffer much more severely than him, and we simply cannot help them. We already give them funds to help those in third-person countries, but we simply can't help all of them. It's just a matter of biology. Some are born unlucky, born into cycles of poverty. |
