The refs are never taught very well In my game today I dimed the puck to a teammate and he scored. 10 seconds after we score then ref says no goal because of a crease violation, even when the only person in the crease was their goalie. Because of that call, the other team tied the game (ironically while 2 of their players were in our crease when they scored), and we lost in a shootout.

I actually told the ref at the end of the game how dumb that call was and he seemed pretty calm about it as if he realize he screwed up.
