If this bill is passed, it would increase the amount of roleplay at LV greatly. One to three illegal Medicine Dealers will be spread out across the city, the prices will be decided by Paul and the locations will be decided by Paul.
Some medicine effects could include: bunnyhop (credit to ashein), spinning, more colours, tripping, etc.
Roleplay would increase and it would give law enforcement more things to do.
