2. Depending on Gender, for non-royals you address them as Ma'am or Sir. For royals you address them as Sire for males.
3. You can either state their name or rank+name. Eg, Major Bob.
4. The red tricorne which can be bought or equipped at London. Also the KGB Officer uniform which can be found in the group store or equipped at London. Normal skin colours, girls may wear girl hair for female staff. Any other hats that are within the era may be worn to create individuality.
