How easy is it to move up in RSF?

Pre-B1tsh1ft era and a functioning group plaza I stumbled across some RSF members who were recruiting. I spoke to them and they said it's relatively easy to move up. That and I have good grammar, heh that is leadership quality. I also recall during the Cake War between WIJ and RSF there were multiple officers. Unless things have changed then there's that. -sips tea-

typical superclan difficulty but maybe a little bit easier since rsf is a lot smaller than other superclans mind you that depends on how much total clan size matters these days compared to activity
