You get a medal for recruiting 10 people, you do not automatically get accepted into TGI for this.

The medal is more of a role play thing, you get a tshirt and its something you can put on your profile.
Just role play. |

These medals aren't going to give you free promotions up ranks if that is what you're looking for, promotions come with activity and good work.
The medals are another way of showing we recognize what you're doing for Arcadia. |

eh ok I guess I will try to recruit ten people. :) Also, I am sorry but I hate academies. It started with the first time I joined a filter group. We had to do obbies. I sucked at them and when I almost passed the trainer respawned everyone so I failed :( |

TAG will be different, probably less obbies since they don't really show skill or anything
most times in other clans when I see trainers host obbies they usually do it so they can go AFK for talk to their friends |
