I bid welcome to current and former Oblivion Blade members, allied forces, old foes or outsiders wanting to read where this thread is going. Oblivion Blade, since the era of CrimsonForce and ThugTwig, has been in a huge upwards trajectory that has led to our status as a Top 10 Sword Clan under our current leader, HopelessSoul. However, not everything is as good as it seems. Plagued by inactivity onset by school, a small High Command, poor internal structure that has been in OB since the beginning, and many other factors, it has caused Oblivion Blade's ceiling to sink further and further. With all these issues, Hopeless and myself find OB to no longer be able reach the levels we had always hoped to see. With this, it has escalated to the difficult decision agreed between us that Oblivion Blade must move on, into the now revitalized and reopened Valor Legion, owned by Skoteinos, current Head of Member Development for Oblivion Blade. For Oblivion Blade the clan, this is the end. For Oblivion Blade's community, it's a new start to invigorate us all and join something that can go a lot further than Oblivion Blade can. We will remain in a sword clan, we will continue to kick ass (think to our demolition job on OL) and we will continue to run in a clan akin to what you were used to in Oblivion Blade. We will still be OB in spirit, just under a different name. Taking these factors into consideration, we ask that all Oblivion Blade members message their ranks in OB to either myself, HopelessSoul or Skoteinos. After you do this, please send a join request to Valor Legion where your rank will promptly be transferred. Continue to wear the Oblivion Blade uniform until a new uniform is made ready. We will fork out funds to those who might not be able to afford it. Oblivion Blade places will still be used until new places are available as well. For now, I expect to see some of you guys upset with this decision, but don't be. We've had a good run as OB, and now we're going to extend it under a new banner. If you want to leave, go ahead. However, believe in this and you will be in a clan that will forever soar to new heights. One chapter ends, and the next one begins. It's not yet time to stop fearing the blade.
