▬【ROCKPORT NATIONAL GUARD RULES, GUIDELINES, AND PROCEDURES】▬
▬【ENTRANCE INTO THE ROCKPORT NATIONAL GUARD】▬
I) Your account must be of a minimum age of 120 days, or older.
II) Must never have been deemed an enemy of the State.
III) Must have never been ranked to Criminal/Prisoner on Trial for murder/assault/Etc. Does not include C/PoT on charges such as harassment, swearing, Etc.
IV) Must be the rank of Middle Class Citizen or higher. (Excluding C/PoT)
Rate of Acceptance: RNG Accepts forty (40) new people once a week to attempt to make it into the Branch.
▬【UNIFORM POLICY】▬
I) Only informal uniforms are to be worn to trainings, cities, and standard duties at bases.
II) The Formal Uniforms are for formal uses only. They may be used by Captain+ during operations and at cities for leadership duties.
III) Only official uniforms may be worn for duties. In the event you cannot afford a uniform, please avoid going on the team until you can afford it.
IV) If you are either wearing a formal or informal uniform you are expected to be on-duty and follow Rockport National Guard Rules, Guidelines, and Procedures.
▬【BASIC RULES】▬
-As Rockport National Guard, you are to follow all Roblox Rules. Check Daily if any updates occurred.
-Rockport National Guard is expected and required to follow every command issued by a higher ranking officer. Thus if any of the following commands issued out, at any time an Officer’s commands had violated the Officer's Conduct, must be reported immediately.
-Any excessive complaining about Rockport National Guard’s doctrines will not be tolerated.
-Disrespect any members or the group itself, in any form whether it occurs on Roblox or Outside Social site/program is forbidden.
-If you are found as a C/PoT or reasons of Murder/Assault/Etc. while attempting to join the Rockport National Guard and your request to join will be declined. (C/PoT on charges such as harassment, swearing, Etc. exempt from this.)
-If you are already in the Rockport National Guard and made C/PoT for resons of Murder/Assault/Etc, you will be discharged and not given the chance to rejoin. (C/PoT on charges such as harassment, swearing, Etc. exempt from this.)
-If any member of Rockport National Guard is discovered to had violated the Rockport National Guard Rules Guidelines and Procedures, report it immediately to any Officer. Visual proof or available witnesses are required.
-Harassing any Officers for a goal of a rank or any personal gains is not tolerated.
-Refrain yourself for asking Trainings or anything for a personal gain.
-Exploiting, hacking, glitching, or any source of cheating is highly forbidden.
-If you are representing RNG in any way, please use common sense at the best of ability. We are a Proud Group and we must act so.
-Higher Ranks of RNG must be addressed as Sir or Ma’am.
-Soldiers are limited to ONE (1) Promotion per day, this trying to prevent people from jumping Private to Lieutenant in a couple days.
▬【PATROL PROCEDURES】▬
-Only Lieutenant+ may be on the RNG team when RNG is not deployed.
-Captain+ are considered HR’s in training.
-You are expected to help out and be prepared when Rockport in State of Emergency.
-All Rockport National Guard in any cities must follow the Rockport Rules and Laws.
-Reckless driving is strictly forbidden, personals will be demoted and Rank Locked.
-Weaponry of Rockport National Guard must be used responsibly. Any situation that represented a threat to the personnel or had a hostile involved, that personnel may choose to open fire for defensive reasons.
-You simply can’t go around claiming you’re RNG to access the Capitol or Capitol Grounds. If discover so, will result into a immediately demotion and suspension. You must be on-duty on the RNG teams and deployed.
-Any association of crimes will result with an exile whether it be from aiding a criminal or misleading the law enforcement.
-When patrolling, RNG does NOT pursue criminals, as that is TRC/SWAT’s jurisdiction.
-When not deployed, do not loiter at the Capitol. RNG’s duty is not to the Capitol. Soldiers should only assist HLS if REQUESTED by on-duty agents.
-Upon coming across a shootout, act accordingly and make sure to properly identify the following:
A:) Do any persons involved have illegal weapons?
B:) Is there any TRC involved and/or nearby?
C:) Making sure to PROPERLY identify who the criminal is. (Person who started the shootout.)
D:) Make sure to radio to TRC/EMS that there was a shootout and are taking action.
▬【OFFICER GUIDE 】▬
-Captains, which are basic HR’s in training, will undergo a trial period to see if they have what it’s takes to be an HR.
-Any Lieutenants that show the possibility of becoming an HR will be made a Captain and undergo a trial period of three to four weeks. During this time if they show they have what it takes, they will be voted upon to become a Major or not by the RNG High Command. If they do not show what it takes, they will be reset to Lieutenant. If the vote remains abstain for THREE (3) Consecutive votes, they will be demoted back to Lieutenant.
-Officers must put on a good impression and become a good role model for Low Ranks to look up to. Low Ranks are the next future high ranks.
-Officers are required to maintain the activity on RNG and host various events. A lazy officer is never a good thing.
-Majors are required to host one training per week MINIMUM. They must take a screenshot of the training they hosted that week of their entire screen, showing the clock and date on the bottom right. They then post this picture with the date they hosted in the description of their trello card. Each week on Saturday, the descriptions will be cleared, any majors failing to have hosted their training will be given a strike.
-Enforcement of Rules Guidelines and Procedures should always be presented. If any Officer has a question, you should private message the Lieutenant General or General.
-During a training or anything related that could be traced down to RNG, misbehaving RNG personnel must be dealt with discipline.
-To ensure our members are well fit to respond to any emergency, mock situations should be taught in great detail and realism.
▬【LOW/MIDDLE RANK DESCRIPTIONS】▬
Private-
New enlisted and a newcomer. You don’t have any special access at any cities. You are advised to come to training and show your activeness.
▬【IMPORTANT】▬
Privates will have ONE WEEK from the time you are accepted into RNG, to achieve the rank of Private First Class. Any privates remaining after the first week, will be kicked and another group will be let in. This is to help manage the number of people in RNG, while also making a bit less likely for people to be able to get in that don’t know what they’re doing.
Private First Class-
A more experienced newcomer in RNG. You are able access the to Rockport National Guard team and help out citizens. You are simply given a radio and a smile on the face, to help out those who needed so.
Specialist-
A more skilled and experienced personnel of RNG, you are given access into driving the humvee. You are able to command those under you for the purpose of leadership practice and coordination.
Corporal-
The First Middle Rank of RNG, you are positioned as a Leadership unit. You are able to take command if needed so. Mentoring those under you as necessarily important to become a good active member in the community.
Sergeant-
You had become skillful and familiar with RNG’s weaponry, you are given a Glock 17, Baton, and Tazer (Light Weapons) for protection and non-lethal takedowns. You are capable of leading a small unit of RNG at cities. You are expected to be well noted with the Rules, Guidelines, and Procedures, ensuring to fix any flaws within RNG. The Spray paint is only used to establish shelters and safe zones.
Master Sergeant-
As advanced and skillful personnel you are entrusted to lead a mid-size team of RNG at any cities. You had become respected and trustworthy of the High Ranks.
Lieutenant-
The Highest of the Middle Ranks, this unit is the bridge between High Rank and Middle Rank. You are to be trained and prepare yourself for a High Rank in RNG. You are well respected and entrusted by High Ranks to fulfilled your duties. You are able to receive an M14 and Handcuffs for protection and lead an entire team of RNG if needed.
▬【HIGH RANK (OFFICER) DESCRIPTIONS】▬
Captain-
As the first Officer rank, this rank will co-host in trainings and mentor or advise lower ranks on how to do their job to the best of their ability. They are also known as “Officers in Training” for assisting lower ranks while looking up to higher ones at the same time. Captains will listen in on Officer meetings to prepare for a promotion to Major. At the end of a term, any remaining Captain’s will be demoted back to Lieutenant.
Major-
As the first fully-fledged Officer rank, Majors will host trainings and promote people who believe are worthy of a position. Majors will participate in Officer meetings and chip in with feedback to make RNG better. Majors will remain at this rank until they are fully worthy of taking up the next rank based on other Majors.
Lieutenant General-
The Lieutenant General is similar to the ‘Director’ of a department. He/She will assist the General in his duties while overseeing RNG and Majors. They will co-host Officer meetings and take the place of General if the General goes on leave or is no longer in his/her position.
General-
The General of the National Guard is similar to the ‘Secretary’ of a department. He/she will oversee RNG as a whole while advising the Governor on what steps should be taken. He/she will oversee all of RNG and every rank below it to ensure accuracy, integrity, and the basic ethics required in RNG.

These are the ethics required by every member of RNG (in no particular order):

▬【FORMAL CODE】▬
-When addressing a superior, refer to them as “Sir” or “Ma’am”.
-When ordered to do something by a Superior, respond with “Proceeding, Sir”, “Yes, Sir”, “Proceeding, Ma’am”, “Yes, Ma’am”.
-When asked something by a Superior, respond with “Yes, Sir” or “Yes, Ma’am”
-When approaching the post of a fellow RNG soldier, face them straight and salute them for 1-3 seconds. The soldier at the post should do the same.
-RNG should not discuss personal matters with anyone and follow all Basic Ethics while on duty.
-Whenever an Officer enters a room or meeting, all other RNG members must stand up and wait until they are told to At Ease by him/her. The same should be done when passing a superior for the first time.
