Greetings United States of America!
So as you know, I have been exploring new ways to create states in the United States of America!
Last week, we had decided that;
To apply to become an official US Territory, you must have 25 members in your group.
To apply to become an official US State, you must have 50 members in your group.
Now before we can continue moving forward on how to apply, how to become ratified, and what powers your state will obtain, we must draft new regulations and systems in order. That is something I cannot do alone.
Which is why I am willing to open an election, for the citizens of the US to be able to pick whom they wish to oversee the project with me.
I am looking for FIVE (5) Board of States members to oversee the project with me, as personal advisers and assistants to the creation of the state.
In order to be elected to the Board of States, you must meet the following requirements:
- Must NOT currently hold any appointed, elected, or administrative position in the United States Government.
- Must HAVE Builder's Club Membership.
- Must HAVE a signature sheet of at least 15 signatures. You shall discuss why you are stepping up to the plate.
***PLEASE REMEMBER***
We do NOT currently have a functional states program, but rather we are CREATING one. There is a lot of legislation that will soon be explored, a lot of meetings, discussions, conferences, etc... that will go into this.

You must have Builder's Club, because that way, once we create the states, they can join multiple states they are designated to in order to oversee the program.
The only reason we require BC is for group space. We can't elect 5 NBC's who can't even join the National Governors' Association group XD

All these people hating on Marinio because of a 2013 impeachment (which wasn't even done correctly). I think BC is necessary. 5 groups is just not enough room to join all these groups. Marinio isn't gaining anything from their BC.
Also, you actually need OBC for POTUS. No one is saying that is discrimination. The reason the POTUS needs OBC is because he needs to join all the agencies.

He is thinking logically, he isn't planning on only having 5 states and that's it, he wants to create multiple states, and seeing as he is going to only have 5 people who are going to be joining multiple states you will obviously need BC as non BC members can only join 5 groups. One group you will have to be in is USA, other group is the group that will oversee the states, leaving only 3 spots open if you aren't in other groups that is. BC members will be able to join more of the groups. Its quite simple to understand if you actually have a brain! |

I don't have evedince, but I can ask any Congressman from 2013 that if you were impeached or not, which you were. You were impeached for doing something on Skype. I don't know what. |

This is my first time trying to. The last times it was attempted to be done, no one had organized or oversaw the project so people just gave up trying. Now that there is an organization in charge of the project, it is highly likely we will see success!
