As the Honourable Governor Triculate has so agreed to the terms and provisions of the first draft of the Royal Charter for the City of Boston, such conditions will be effective immediately and said charter will require renewal by mutual agreement after a period of one (1) year unless future agreement is made extending the charter either indefinitely or further in the future. The provisions of the Charter are as followed: I. The intellectual property of both the British Army (and associated groups) and the City of Boston becomes mutually shared and it is maliciously unlawful to distribute, deliver, or solicit said property unto a third party for any reason, especially in cases of hopeful profit. II. The Governor of the City of Boston shares joint power over the armed forces with the Commissioner-General of British North America, a position created by the crown always held by a person ranked Major-General (or higher) in the British Army, the only person ever so assuming superior command over the forces charged with protecting the city being His Majesty, the King and the Chief of Army Staff with royal approval. III. The Governor of the City of Boston reserves the right to assemble his own local government, council, or otherwise for the benefit of the people of Boston, and similarly reserves the right to disband any government, council, or otherwise and oust any single member of any legislative body without Royal approval. IV. The Governor of Boston so agrees to contribute a 15% contribution (before ROBLOX-imposed taxes) to the Crown as a means of supplying the homeland with resources to expand and develop just as Boston wishes to. V. The Governor of Boston is largely immune to replacement even by royal prerogative, and can only be discharged if by approval from the King of Great Britain, the Chief of Army Staff, the Commissioner-General of British North America, and by popular vote from the citizens of Boston. Signed, His Majesty, George III of Great Britain, King of France, Lord of Ireland, Defender of the Faith The Right Honourable Governor Triculate Dated the 25th day of August, in the Year of Our Lord, 1774.
