Unless your a noticeable leader or some good HR that's been around for three years, you don't deserve a reputation due to the current super clan leaders and current clans in general.
its sort of like saying being HR in the current NFC, nobody cares, it doesnt have the origonal leader

leaders have begun giving out ranks to whoever they see fit, and not giving a care for the system.
the last group i honestly ranked up in and went through EVERYTHING, was TCI, and that was 2 years ago, everything after has been handed to me |

Well yes, generally reputation comes with time so this would be correct.
I disagree with the "original leader" part though. A clan can be fine and have a good reputation with or without the original leader. |
