So I'm making a 45 week workout plan and I was wondering if doing strength training 5 days a week will lead to over training. I am switching between arm day and leg day from monday to friday, and then I do cardio on saturday and take sunday off. I am also either swimming or running on the strength days
So should I cut back on the strength training so I do 2 arm days a week and 2 leg days, and then I have 2 days where I only do cardio and 1 day where I do nothing |
