Funny thing is, clans are not even that good anymore. Lack of wars, lack of fun bases to raid and defend, activity has gone down in many clans, etc..

I some what agree with you, ODS. However, I do feel a basic set of terms is required to ensure a war goes smoothly.

@Garzen Yes, i think that those rules for reducing the OPness of a base or the unfairness of a base should be allowed. But not limiting recruiment like in the last UAF-VAK war.
