First off is making new gear/hats/animations/stats hard or expenive? Why not allow the comunity to make some? And swap out saying surport. Here are the pros for the admins and the players Pros for players: Gets 20% of all robux spent on that item/gets the item FREE and Some Credits. Pros for Admins: Less need to code items/make meshes/make skins and make animations. and add thumbs up? so the admins can go ooh this weapon has 50 thumbs up lets look. on the con side there will be more spam and making a new thing in the catalog might take sometime. but meh I want some look in my exits and walking.

You can already make animations. Having users make gears will never happen. But maybe users could create hats that only show up in some games (like gears?)... Maybe.
