Right now Non-BCers are underlings of underlings. They hardly get anything. They get 1 Place, and No ability to make Groups & Badges. They even can't sell clothes. They need something more.
1. 1-5 Places: 1 place sometimes isn't enough to get very popular. You especially need more places when you own a huge army and want to display your ships, make bases, and/or make Building Labs for building both of those things. 1-5 places is fair. BC gets 2X that.
2. 5 ROBUX per day: Almost all the items made by ROBLOX are ROBUX. The only time they are TIX are on Ticket Tuesdays. Once a week these happen. Let's give the Non-BC some ROBUX too. 5 ROBUX is fair as well, for BC gets 3X that.
3. Make 5 Badges: It's unfair that BC gets to make things that are awarded to you at the ends of obbys that Non-BC can't make. I suggest 5 Badges: 1 for each of the 5 places Non-BC gets. BC won't have any trouble with this, because they can make as many as they want. Will cost 100 per Badge.
4. Make 5 Groups: Want an army? Want a Peace Group? Want a Club? If you say yes, then let me tell you that Non-BC can't make groups. This is unfair. 5 groups will be enough for Non-BC. I also suggest that Owners can hand their ownership down to a member in the clan that has no BC. This is form my own experiences.
5. Sell Clothes: Non-BCers are the only people that can't sell clothes. That's right: THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES. Let a Non-BC sell his VIP Shirt to the public so they can have a better time playing his game.
One more thing: If you say I'm greedy, YOU are greedy, not me. If you say I'm stupid, YOU are stupid, not me. You are letting 60% of ROBLOX's population down because of your criticism.

I may have Builder's Club, but I agree they need a few more benefits. The idea is to keep players here, not bring them to a website that is ultimately boring without paying for it.
Some of these benefits are a little over the limit though, maybe three places, not five, and maybe three groups to create, not five.
Or, increase normal BC to 15 places, and allow non-BC members to make five. That would be more reasonable.
