Anti-alt for like/dislike Feature

I've noticed that people used alts to dislike games. I was wondering if ROBLOX can block such alts via requiring different email addresses and different IP addresses. It would help against spam dislikes.

Still can limit the amount of spam. Usually to get a new IP, you have to constantly be resetting your router. And if you are also blocking duplicate emails, it can get tiring for spammers to constantly spam the dislike button as they need a new email. Yes it is not perfect, but it would be better than the current situation.
