If ads were able to move, it would attract more people than a still ad. Also if the ads are moving, there are a lot of possibilities for developers and for them to attract players to their games. The gifs would need a file size limit and frames limit.

@ForgetSteve They can also do that in normal ads and like I said, there would be a frame limit so people can't hide any images.
