Following your application, you will be replied to in accordance to how well you did. If your application was exceptionally well, you'll be given an interview and assessed based on the interview. Once the process is completed and you've successfully passed the interview, you'll be placed into our Staff Internship Program (SIP). Once you've completed 3 weeks in this program, you'll be given the option to choose a role on our staff team based on what's available to you.
