Regardless of anything, the downfall of a group comes down to the leader and his commanding ranks, from the lowest high ranking officer to the leader himself, if your staff is bad, the group will die. That's as simple as it can be put. I'm sorry, you may have a staff who may have had a long history in your group of opportunity and greatness, however, what weights out what? The inactivity, the laziness? Or the accomplishments they made a year or so ago, or even longer?
You can't keep certain staff around just because they're liked by people or are your friends, even close friends, or simply because they made great accomplishments in your group or were once a great leader.
When it comes down to it, your staff must work their hardness, consistently, ALL the time, YOU as the leader MUST be on top of it, no exceptions for ANY of them, your second in command, third in command, etc, must all WORK, from the lowest high ranking officer to YOURSELF. It doesn't have to be super organized, like RAT is, where every person does something in specific for a long period of time and are exempt from any other jobs, but more however so that you assign them daily tasks to do and accomplish.
You praise them when they do good, you yell at them when they do bad, and you remove the ones who cannot keep up to standards, which includes even your closes friends and even the highest of your ranks.
Another thing with organization, skype is easier than teamspeak, teamspeak should only ever be used for actual speaking, regarding events, off duty, etc. SKYPE should be used for type speaking regarding any other matter and skype is easier to handle and people get it a lot easier and understand it well, plus more have it.
LASTLY it'll come down to not just the high ranks but the leader himself, you cannot be lazy, if you want your group to be a serious threat, you must take it completely serious, even if this is just a game, or you will NOT be successful. IF YOU yourself are NOT on top of your feet at all times making sure your high ranks AND yourself are interacting with the men and doing their jobs, their daily assignments and NOT being lazy/inactive, your group will thrive and stay alive.
Lastly, if you go 1-2 todays without speaking to every single high rank, the ones you don't speak to? Are inactive. Understand it, they must be removed, your group is only as strong as it's weakest link..or in this case, your weakest officer.
Good luck, heed my word, I have a ton of experience leading on ROBLOX, this is the best advice you can get.
On that note, I'll say one more thing, this game may be meant for fun, however clans for people who want to lead and be a leader, are not. If you're not stressed whatsoever while leading a group and still maintaining your leadership amongst the group and officers, you're not properly leading them.
