Every year they have to renew their membership for the TRUSTe service, which explains why they currently do not support ROBLOX because it hasn't been renewed yet. Within a day or two it should be back. |

A LOT of people complained ROBLOX to TrustE
ROBLOX ISN'T child friendly and when they try to renew it the application well get denied
Example being:

A lot of people complain every year, and they still get renewed. They had 56 complaints at BBB within the past 3 years, that's it. |

Complaints really don't matter.
If somebody from TrustE spends 10 minutes browsing ROBLOX, they'll notice its not Children Friendly.
And that's whats going to happen when they try to renew |

It most likely will be renewed. Look at all these years roblox has been a member of TRUSTe, even though there is bad behaviour, they still their membership granted. |

2015 was different, a lot of people joined this year and the issue has tripled if not more
Theirs not a single game/commentsection/forum you can go for more than 10 minutes without seeing child friendly things.

There will always be negative behaviour, that can't change. When you look at previous years, the community was smaller, and there will always be that portion of bad people. Same with 2015, even though the community has gotten even larger, the portion will have maybe tripled but so has the community, and it really would make no difference, it's just the size that's different. |

if the community triples and 5% of the players are nice, than it'd go down to less (assuming most new players would jump on the bandwagon or notice others are being mean)
