I have to say in its current state, developers are lucky to get Dev-Ex.
I only say this because of the HUGE risk Roblox are taking allowing all of the copyright infringing games, audios and textures to stay on here, maybe they are saving up for all the inevitable lawsuits.
I don't know but IF you look at only the better games on Roblox, I would say for sure developers should get ALOT more money, but the fact is Roblox is full of terrible games, increasing money to good developers increases money to the bad ones too.
Nice job on the statistics for this thread by the way, well thought out. Also developers have to pay tax on their cut aswell if their cut is above a certain figure depending on the country, so it is even less than that if you think about it...
Honestly, if a developer wants to make proper money, they shouldn't make their games on Roblox, but if a developer just wants some cash from a hobby, Roblox is not a bad place for it.

AK-47s are still one of the most widely used weapons in modern warfare, and are pretty much the exact same as all other modern rifles in terms of how they function. Do not be ignorant. |

Does it matter how long something takes to be made? No. If a game was made in 1 day but was making more money than a game that took 1 year to make, the 1 day old game would still be making more money.
By your logic everything in life that makes money should be done based on effort/time invested. According to that logic, doing 0 work by selling oil-rich land should be less profitable than working in a sweatshop. |

you can't make a decent game in one day (assuming you're not talking about roblox) that's literally impossible because it would be rushed and there would be probably some huge game breaking bugs/glitches
roblox isn't also as big as valve so you can't expect them to have standards as fair as valves it's not like your crappy game earns them hundreds of millions of dollars.

You also failed to realise that "1 day" was a purposely exaggerated example.
Certain games, such as Work at a Pizza Place, make well over $1,000,000+ net for ROBLOX each year and my "crappy games", even with the disgusting 20% rate, have made a huge sum of money for me, especially in regards to my age.
An idiot like you with empty, pointless, wrong 'arguments' and stupid insults are spewn out in an attempt to bandage your own insecurities and failures does not belong on the forums at all.
