DAN:
A simple pre-teen who lives with his grandma after his mother past away, his father left them. He lives in a forest on the north side of Toronto, CAN. Don't freeze.
AARON:
A man who lives in a corrupt apartment, the apartment is said to house a murderer somewhere, he's curious. Or stupid. Choose wisely.
GEORGE:
A homeless man who lives in an alley, below a highway, outside the alley is Toronto's centre. The people here don't like bums on their property. Be careful.
JON:
Aaron's brother, he hopes to see his brother again, but he has crashed and has to travel some miles to get to Toronto, CAN. Survive the harsh lands of the North.
OWEN:
A business man who gets threats and hate mail every day, because of a product that can harm animal life and humans too! Will you last until dawn?
They all live in Toronto, CAN. One or another will meet if you choose wisely...
Their lives are in you're hands.

As he awoke on his broken mattress, he was threatened by a man who wears a grey "Channel" hoodie, and blue shorts, he kicked and threw his clothes in the water. And punched George, he keeps beating him up...

Here, let me help. This is an RP. This is not a novel, short story, or other non-interactive form of literature. This is also not a video game. There are two things that need to be in an RP. You must have a story. You do not have a story, you have a list of characters. Second, you must let people make their own characters. Nobody wants to control /your/ poorly-written characters. |

It's called 'The Butterfly Effect,' which is one of the key mechanics in Until Dawn. You have several characters written out with their own story, and the person participating in this must choose a decision for those characters. There's also a murderer in this. You even say "Will you last /until dawn/?"
This is everything an RP isn't. There's no freedom to make our own character, we must use your terribly-made ones. There's not even freedom to make our own choices, we must pick from the choices you offer us. |

The butterfly effect was created way before that. Heck, why can't others use the Butterfly Effect for their things or stories? Is it trademark or something?
Also, Until Dawn did the same thing, make you do things they offered you.
Course it wasn't a RP, but it still made you do things.
Even RP forces you do things, like if you're getting beaten up. You can't do anything if they say...

Do you know where you are? This isn't After the Flash, this is the RP Forum. We don't (typically) do fail RP like that. That's stupid.

I thought this wasn't Until Dawn? I thought this was just 'inspired' by Until Dawn. If it's inspired, then you can have creative freedom to do things better than Until Dawn. Oh wait, it's not inspired. It's a rip-off.

Oh, you must certainly can use the Butterfly Effect for things. But, whenever you use the Butterfly Effect, and then the idea of a murderer, and the idea of controlling several characters, and choices being offered to you that you have to pick out from, that's when you delve into the realm of "everything in this is lifted from Until Dawn including the phrase 'Butterfly Effect.'" |

I am aware of where the heck I am. I know you don't do FRPs. (as much) You just sit here typing things while not interacting as much in interactive RPs.
This isn't Until Dawn, I'm using it as an example. This is inspired, I was planning to do some freedom parts, you could've just waited for a day to criticise it.
Well, can you do something better? I want to see a story. Something better than my work.

Because I only started doing these like 2 days ago! Of course I won't have original ideas right at the start. |

If this was a rip-off, it'd have almost everything from Until Dawn's game.
At least this game has a story to characters... Until Dawn's character story was it being a 80s-90s horror flick-like game, with two girls falling off a cliff and dying! Then they decided to be stupid teenagers. And go party at the house!
I could say Until Dawn is a rip-off of every horror movie ever in the 80s-90s!
