Tell your parents bud. That or find your local virus software on your computer and let it do all of the work. If you don't have virus software than I do highly recommend you tell your parents. Worse comes to worse, just wipe your computer if you can't.

"What the hell kinda websites do you go on to constantly get viruses?" Wikipedia, ROBLOX, proboards and DuoLingo, alongside google-owned websites such as YouTube and Google Translate. I also go to the website where my em/ail is located occasionally and very rarely Facebook. Aside from that, there's just BBC, which I use for news, roll20, which I use for D&D, piratepad, which I use for collabs, and various antivirus download websites.

I spent three straight hours trying to uninstall malwarebytes because all it does is block things I want to use and let viruses do their thing unhindered.

Because they have some interesting science resources. Oh, I forgot to mention that I oftentimes use National Geographic and the NASA website, if they have anything interesting, and, though I normally use my phone for this, the DC Comics website.

Also occasionally a virus decides to open up another tab at random, such as delta-homes, lx14 then some more numbers and quite a number of others.

The virus sites that I mentioned above normally redirect, presumably to sites that download viruses.

I tend to be a little paranoid when it comes to anti-virus downloads. Instead, I go to control panel, click uninstall programs, and delete anything I don't trust.

Also, this particular one hid itself as a Chrome extention and could somehow be disabled for a day via another website.

I'm guessing all these viruses come packaged with some of the "antivirus" stuff. There are only a few I trust, and most of those are either ineffective or just want money and keep annoying me about it. Personally, I would stick with Malwarebytes. It's the least intrusive of the lot and it gets the job done. Fiddle around with it telling it what to allow through during scans, and it should be okay. Alternately, reset your computer to factory standard. There will be no data left on it, but the viruses will all be gone. Find some sort of reboot/reset/whatever software that can time-mark your computer's current state, and whenever you reboot/restart it loads up to that point and perma-deletes everything else like resetting to factory standard. Just check if you have a virus every day or other day or week or whatever, and if you don't find anything, mark it with the reboot software. If you do find something, you can reboot to the last point saved. It might be a little bit of hassle, and it doesn't remove viruses, it only prevents them from becoming a problem and if they're packaged in with other free software I can't help you.

I have a virus on Chrome. It kept popping up as an extension virus, unless I removed it and kept a window on the extensions folder. I got rid of Chrome.
