I think that there should be more strict protocols when it comes to a police or government official job. As in more trainings and not just application and your in. This could help us with problems of abusive officers and of mass murders and crimes cause by officers/ officials that are mad with power.

More jobs that are not related to any police or protection. More group jobs can be accepted as a bus driver or such like that. Groups that are not violent but help our country in a big way. It can also help people find simple jobs so they can get more money.

More power to the people. Have more voting involved with new ideas for USA. Let the people decide what they want there land to be. It is one of the best way to make USA more fair to everyone. This will also make the group more interactive so that will get people more active on the group.

Any type of abuse from someone who has the power to do so would have serious consequences. That includes a bit of warnings do the group of the person the abuser is in. So that makes many agency more aware on who the hire and make sure they are perfect when protect the citizens of America.

We do not want any group to have some sort of weakness that can lead it to some trouble.

The more training that happens with a group, the more equipment it is allowed to get. Lets say the only way to get into the group is a academy. Then they would be able to get more equipment. As in BoA would be able to get handcuffs because they have a academy that teaches you on what to do.

The check ups will help see if the group is still active, still in order, and still working with us. This is based off the "check and balance" that was used in roman time to help make sure everyone has power, but in this case it is a check and go.
