I as of today am declaring my retirement from USM 1960's
This is due to mostly irl reasons and nothing at all to do with USM and its members/staff or Mr. President (Erich) - In fact they/you all did excellent
I came to this group on around the 3rd day of its life, it had just been reformed and revived by Erich. I had known Erich from former ventures of my own, so I partnered up with Erich and added my reforms - were were around 2-5K in size maybe less
My reforms were based on U.S. Army doctrine, I implemented basic drill, customs, NCO support channel / Chain of Command, etc and much more not for myself but for you, the members of USM - I and my staff of former JROTC / private organization cadets in the Department of Defense worked tirelessly to implement reforms, re educate officers and NCOs, and improve the overall health of the group.
Now I have/had many critics telling me "your reforms are stupid" and I disagreed and implemented it anyway, this does not mean I ignored proper criticism - I have rolled back specific regulation to insure the group was fun
And what is the result, in combination of good finance, staff dedication and innovation, and the reform we have within the past 1-2 months TRIPLED in size to around 16K!
We are one of the fastest growing military groups on ROBLOX, our staff adopting to the reforms has made them both more efficient in carrying out their trainings, we have Corporals+ now part of the leadership initiative, and we have officers who can now multitask and handle more people and work with less stress.
the new courses of the reform also gives people more experience in tactical leadership and communication - crucial to combat.
Teamwork, Communication, and hard work are crucial assets
but nothing is as crucial as leadership, either on the field or in the office and no matter what rank you are, if things fall apart and there is no actively commanding officer/NCO - you are to step up and control the situation
I envisioned a group of people who practiced the proper military traditions, worked hard to reach their goals, never gave up, always took initiative, and communicated
So in the words of Warren Bennis
"Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality."
