To be Enlisted: Uniform and Oath
To be Recruit: Uniform, Oath and a Training
To be Novice+: Uniform, Oath and a Skilled Training
To be The Wandering Crow: Uniform, Oath, Elite training with a high level activity.
Lord Commander Jeor Mormont will pick with the ranks above The Wandering Crow+.
Anyone who asks for those ranks will be demoted to Enlisted/Criminal for 3 days. Asking for more other ranks will be result of bring demoted to criminal for 7 days.
Any one who BREAKS these rules will be executed.
