Name: Blitz
Powers: Fire (Not alot.), Electricity (Very Weak, can really only charge a phone), Speed (About 300mph).
Accessories: Electro-Gloves (Increases Electric Powers enough to shot a short EMP Burst), Hover-Shoes (Grant minimal flight, about 2 feet from the air).
Weaknesses: Water, Wind, Cold, Darkness Etc. (Anything that can burn out a fire)
Flaws: Accessories sometimes malfunction.
Flaws (personality): Is a little stupid (In the head, not brain), Doesn't have good aim, Can't tell good from evil sometimes.
Background (Improved): In Blitz' time, A ruler who goes by the name Darkside, has destroyed the world. Blitz realized Darkside must be faced, and stopped. Blitz used a time stone he found in a temple to try to go back in time and save the future. Darkside, somehow gathered the other 6 stones. They began a battle to determine the fate of time itself. Blitz already knew was tremendously outmatched. Determined to win, Blitz used the Chaos Emeralds to transform into his super form. They began to wrap through different timelines as they fought. Blitz was still outmatched, he decided to find the Super Emeralds. He knew that was the only way to beat darkside. He used a blinding move on Darkside as he bolted to Sonic's timeline. He eventually found all 7 Super Emeralds. Then, he confronted his fate once more. He transformed into Hyper Blitz and continued his battle. During battle his Electo-Gloves broke, so he was forced to fight with just fire. Blitz and Darkside were evenly matched. Blitz, however was losing power pretty fast. So, he used all the remains of his power to terminate Darkside. However... to do so, he had to sacrifice himself to defeat him. The emeralds were returned to their timelines, and Blitz... Is dead.
Please Don't post hate on this too. I made him less OP and I killed him in the end so you shouldn't be posting stuff like "Not OP at all. (Sarcasm)" or "Too OP" Etc.
