The following is the document for the basic guidelines, stages, and rules of Phoenix Intelligence. Please note that Legates ARE NOT High Ranks. Only Praetors and above are.

Councilium Stages and Descriptions:
Stage 1 : Grammar
Legates will be evaluated on their grammar at any given time. You must be able to spell and use punctuation correctly. Without grammar, you will look like a fool and nothing more but a child.
Stage 2 : Respect
This stage is quite simple; you will be evaluated on how you behave to lower ranks and higher ranks. Also, you will be evaluated how you behave as a human being. Without respect, there is no order.
Stage 3 : Maturity
Legates need to be mature. You will be evaluated on how you behave during Phoenix Intelligence events and off-duty. If you're not mature, you will not pass the Councilium.
Stage 4 : Activity
If you are not active, you will be demoted. Legates must be active and must not fall behind.
Stage 5 : Mind Set
If you are closed-minded, you will not get far in Phoenix Intelligence. You have to be able to deal with unfamiliar ideas or unfamiliar situations. In other words, be open-minded.
Stage 6 : Loyalty
Legates must be loyal to Phoenix Intelligence over their other groups if they want to move forward in the Councilium. If your loyalties lie somewhere else, you will not pass this stage.
Stage 7 : Practice Training
Legates must know how to host a successful training before ascending to the Praetor rank. This must be hosted at an official Phoenix Intelligence facility. Message Luminated to schedule a time to host a practice training.

Councilium Guidelines:
Legates and High Ranks must have appropriate blurbs. Keep typed faces to a limit along with immature lists of people listed as "baes" or "badasses". That kind of information is not needed at all.
Legates and High Rank must know how to run trainings, shout, and run other Phoenix Intelligence events correctly. Feel free to ask Luminated any questions that you may have. The higher the rank you are, the more is expected out of you. If you do not meet the expectations, you will be demoted. Additional High Rank meetings will be hosted when needed. |
