I stand up at the podium and thank Captain Walketr for the introduction. I explain my role as an engineer and what it entails, before explaining the technology of this world and how it all works, like how we have Virtual Reality software and everything else technology wise that we have access to.
After my presentation, I hnad the speaking position over to the next person on the rotation as I sit back down in my seat. |

Nathan
Soon after the last speaker went, the orientation was over, and the diplomats were led to a reception area for some coffee and snacks. I walked over to Ambassador Bridges, who was talking with Commander Sokolov.
"So, how'd you like the presentation, Ambassador?"
Damien
The mission was simple; take them out. Lord Cazimir ordered us to infiltrate the enemy's camp near the Schism. Due to the defeat of the DaIro Corps last time, we were ordered to take a strictly low-profile infiltration route. Even then, my bloodlust was still strong, as I entered into the camp through an opening in the fences. The infiltration team was slow and deliberate, and always hid in the presence of enemy guards. The spell Cloak came in real handy for this mission.
I can't wait to kill my first enemy. I live for the glory of battle. |

Daichi
I was on patrol duty once more, and was walking along the fences with my trusted HoloRifle. The HUD didn't pick up any strange anomaly yet, so I assumed that the premises was safe for the time being. Chris was with me on patrol duty again, as he always does. |

[Riella]
I stay with the Ambassadors and Captain Walker, a cup of tea in my hand as I chat with some of them about my role as an Engineer within the AERIS division. I also show them my ability, which is making soheres of muskc that I can play whatever song someone thinks of through. For the sample, I choose a classic track by the late Avicii called Levels. |

Damien
While we were sneaking around, I noticed two patrolling guards on the move. It seemed like they were bored of their jobs, the ungrateful runts. I decided to silence their worthless lives, as they would continue to be a nuisance to the mission.
I aimed my Corruption Shards at their chest, and fired.

Daichi
Suddenly, the HUD blared in red as several unknown energy bolts flung me back on the ground. I searched hard for the source, as my armor continued to blare in alert status. I grabbed my HoloRifle and aimed carefully.
"This is Lieutenant Ozora. Potential intruders detected."
I grabbed Chris and pulled him behind, before the intruders could do any more damage. |

"Riella, we might have a situation."
I listened to Daichi's comms, and it seemed as if he was injured, judging from his rasp breathing. It could be another one of those power-users, the DaIro Corps. I apologized to the Ambassadors for leaving, and had them enter the reinforced barracks for their safety. I quickly suited up in my HAVOK armor and headed out to the last known contact coordinates of Lieutenant Ozora. |

[Riella]
"Got it." I thank the Ambassadors for the time as they get escorted away. I then head to my workshop and suit up in my armour, grabbing my weapons and wrench as I follow Nathan outside. |

Damien
I emerged from the shadows and confronted the two soldiers, who somehow avoided death. I could see that my shards had hit them from the blast marks on their armor, which was strangely shaped.
Nathan
I finally arrived at the coordinates, which was near the fences of the FOB. Daichi and Chris were aiming their rifles at the strangely armored hostile, which seemed to be poised to strike. I took aim of my rifle and fired off a few rounds. |

[Riella]
I notice the guy as well. I grab my beam rifle and fire at the person. |

Damien
I gave a chilling howl, and soon enough my whole infiltration team came out. Since we were already discovered, might as well take some of them down with us. One of the enemy soldiers fired off a strange beam of light, which I avoided with my reflexes. Even then, the beams of light were ridiculously fast.
"DaIro Corps. Kill them all!"
With that, the DaIro Corps fell upon the enemy.
Nathan
"Requesting backup! Fireteam Nexus and Fireteam Loki, get down here!"
The sudden lunge of the armored enemy took me off guard, and stuck me to the ground, where I struggled with the hostile. I activated my Photon Sword, and swung it against the hostile, who parried it with a dagger of his own. I kicked him off my body and grabbed my Type-4 AutoPistol, firing it at the enemy. |

Daichi
This must be the DaIro Corps that we encountered when we first arrived at the Frost Forest. This was bad news. Captain Walker summoned the two fireteams, Loki and Nexus, to back us up. I fired off several rounds from my HoloRifle, and created two Shadow Daggers to engage the enemy in close range.
Parrying and stabbing at the enemy troops, I was smacked across my helmet by one of them, which took my helmet off. Even then, I continued my assault, knowing that these intruders couldn't be allowed to attack us inside the FOB. |

[Riella]
I activate my PDA and build a sentry, boosting it with my abilities, giving it more accurate shots and a quicker rate of fire. I keep firing my Beam Rifle at them. |
|
|
Damien
In the ensuing battle, I noticed that an enemy soldier was nearby an object spewing out more of those light beams. Those beams were lethal, and I knew I had to stop them. I rushed towards the enemy soldier I bared my fangs, and kicked her in the stomach. Upon which I backflipped and fired off more Corruption Shards.

[Riella]
I growl as I get pushed back. I then charge up my beam rifle and fire the large beam at him, bloosted by my abilities so it fires with more power and faster.
(And they are beams of plasma that cooks the skin, giving immense pain.) |

Damien
I got thrown off from the intense heat. My armor was charred, and my internal temperature was soaring. This was a battle that was getting desperate. I needed to regroup and scatter, before this situation got worse.
Nathan
I faced the DaIro Corps, and fired off several more rounds, before I slung my rifle on my shoulder. Next, I charged up my Photon Burst and fired it straight into the middle of the hostile group, causing an explosion that sent several enemies into the air. I used the boosters in my back to jump up, while I grappled a falling enemy to swing him into the other soldiers, where it causes massive panic.
Soon enough, Fireteam Nexus arrived, and David began shooting off the intruders from his sniper's nest. Mark laid down his Holo-MG and started to provide suppressive fire, while Tim and Kyle rushed in to support me at the front lines. |

I keep charging and firing the large beam at them, the sentry continuing to fire at them as it switches between the attackers. |

Daichi
The rest of Fireteam Loki arrived, finally. The Fireteam leader, Knox, was not in a good mood.
"I told you to be careful Lieutenant Ozora! You could've been killed!"
The rest of Fireteam Loki began defensive operations, and Knox lead the charge. I continued to battle off several DaIro Corps soldiers, and fired off a Darkness Stream at the heart of a enemy soldier, killing him instantly. I threw my gun in the air, and grapple hooked a solider towards me, while impaling him on a Shadow Dagger. I grab the gun and fire off several rounds mid air with my boosters. |

Aleya
I chamber another round into my rifle and fire at the incoming forces in the medbay. As more of the weaker peons continue into a long narrow pathway with offices on either side, mish in the back office was getting geared up to help me while I hold them off. I glance to my left and right to make sure I am clear as I back up, after three minutes of continued fire I finally ran out of ammo in my rifle and drew a glowing blue katana, two soldiers immediately stepped to me as I slashed my blade across the left target spraying gore all over the walls as the second one tackles me into the wall I pull out my holopad pistol and fire four rounds into the one directly in front of me.
I turn away from the front of the hall to see if mish was finished with getting ready only to find a knight dragging his body along with the sword plunged into his midsection, dead. "NOOO!!" I scream in anger as I open fire on the knight killing him with a hail of rounds, after the fact I see on my visor mish's vitals were flat, KIA. I fall to my knees an hang my head resigning myself to my fate. Yelling ensues around me as a sword plunged into my heart twisting it as I fall onto mish's corpse vitals falling completely flat, so ends my life, I wanted so much more. A tear rolls down my face as I breathe my last breath.
