6:50
My coach said that if i got under 8:20 (I never really go all out in practice) we would all be able to jog to this really nice food place in town and buy milkshakes or whatever.
So I went from 8:05 to 6:50
and I could've gone faster |

Good job. I remember my first days of breaking 7, lol. |

Honestly wasn't. For just a mile, at least under 6. |

Felt really good, really boosted the team's moral and my self esteem
next meet there is gonna be over 200 people there
I'm going for my team's top 5 |

I'm more of a sprinter than an endurance type of guy. Kinda how my body is built. |

Under 7 will seem like nothing eventually. |
|
|
That's the plan
Highest three mile time is 26:29
so by the end of the year I wanna get to 23, and by next year training I WANNA Get to 16.

I got 6:30 not even trying.
I consider myself a kicker, I drafted some faster guys until the last lap around the football field, then pulled ahead in the final stretch.
If I trained I could get it down to 6:00 |
