[I really liked this TV series, just I can't seem to find it anymore. I know it ended, I think]
You are a teen who either:
Has powers.
Is VERY VERY skilled in something.
Or different from others in one or two ways.
You may be rejected by the rest of the humans.
You hear about this one teen [my character] who is willing to fight evil, maybe he would understand you?
Maybe you ARE evil, and want to take out the rest of the Titans?
Either way, what's to lose?
-Rules-
No ubering.
No 'crouding a power/skill/difference' which means, I DO NOT want to see 5 cyborgs or anything like that.
The first person to ask [NICELY] to start at the Titans' base [as in, started it with my character] can, and may, be a founder.
Romance allowed, but DO NOT go too far.
Try to start 'neutral' and balance the sides.
I choose admins.
Admins get to have 2 powers/skills/differences.
Admins get to be aliens.
Ask [NICELY] to be admin BEFORE you make your character. I don't HAVE to make you an admin.
Only me and admins can accept your character sheet.
DO NOT start until your character sheet has been accepted.
