San Jose's is like $28 for End Zone tickets... I blame the tech boom for making EVERY SINGLE THING expensive. Giants, Sharks, 49ers, and Earthquakes game prices are soooo bloated because of them.

@yonnd it's the new stadium. They need money to cover the cost, and they're maximizing the opportunity before the newness wears off.

rune, they were absurdly high (not as high but considering the stadium) at Buck Shaw as well.

Buck Shaw was probably high because it was a 10,000 seater and we sold out 95% of our games, so ticket demand was high.

It's economics yonnd. Demand/supply chart not needed. Demand is high at a 10k seat stadium. That means prices are high. You have Chivas USA playing at a 27k seater. Demand is low. They were trying to give away free tickets.

Well obviously supply and demand. I'm just saying the prices wont drop at all.

Of course they won't. If attendance doesn't falter and fans aren't protesting, why should they? The Dynamo did the same thing. I could get nosebleeds at Robertson Stadium for $10.

$10 for a game sounds pretty nice of a deal.

Yeah. They didn't have a choice to sell anything higher when they were playing at a college football stadium with lines on the field in the fall and during the playoffs.

The cheapest tickets you can get at Charlotte games is $7, which is on what we call the "Meck Deck" AKA Supporters section. This is standing room and behind a goal Behind the goal is where most people sit and is $12 Sideline behind the bench is $20. This is where I usually sit because I can get a good view of the game, plus you can get like pics and signatures from players. Then there's sideline preferred, which is just a huge stand opposite from the benches, which is $25 Then theres like $75 dollar seats which no one sits in

"USL tickets shouldn't be more than $5. In fact, FC Montreal, the reserve team for the Impact, has free admission." keep in mind they average about 300 people per game, and it's free they obviously dont interest the community, and no one would buy tickets anyway
