Here's an example.
Boot factory A makes very good boots and the workers all work very hard to make good quality goods.
Boot factory B makes awful boots for cheap, lazy workers, terrible quality products.
In communism, both would be paid the same.
What is the incentive for making good quality goods?
None. The world works because human beings are inherently selfish.
