They should make one clan get half a baseplateto add tech and the other get a half then after both check a done box, the halfs are combined then they fight. Agree? Disagree? Ideas?

Roblox simply discourages war. They won't take any action against it. Anyways, simply have the enemy make their stuff a model, then you can add it to their half.
