OPERATIONAL ORDER #2: In response to the growing number of rules and alts to keep track of, enforce, and investigate, I, as OFL Director of Operations, hereby establish the Old Football Investigation Agency (OFIA) and the Old Football Intelligence Service (OFIS).
*At the time I am writing this, an official OFL Department of Regulation and Enforcement (ODRE), which acts as a joint OFIA/OFIS group, has not been created. Accepted applicants will be given the group link when it is created.*

The OFIA's main role is to ease the load on the Commissioner, myself, and the CEO, focusing on more definite rule violations as well as collecting evidence for the leadership to analyze in order to make a ruling. Positions available are as follows:
OFL Investigator-Investigates minor offenses within OFL
OCFA Investigator-Investigates minor offenses within OCFA
Head OFL Investigator-Manages investigations in OFL (other duties are classified)
Head OCFA Investigator-Manages investigations in OCFA (other duties are classified)

The primary and sole role of OFIS is to provide information to the Director of Operations for the protection and advancement of OFL and OCFA. The activity and juristiction of OFIS is highly classified, as is the purpose of the activity performed by the agents. Members of the service have a multitude of specialties, most notably intelligence gathering, infiltration, intelligence analysis, and operational management. Specific positions are classified.
