As you may know, host applications are now closed. Meaning, you may not send in applications anymore. The current HiT's are the only ones we will have for now. I understand that you may want to become host, and we also want you to become host! If you would like to host, you must do one of the following:
- You must be hand picked by me and Rezide. If you are picked, you will be sent an application fourm, and you will reply with it filled out. Simple as that.
You can ONLY get the fourm by obeying all rules, helping out with the community, winning multiple seasons, and being active on the group wall. You also must contribute positively on the group wall.
- You can become an All-Star winner! Once you are an all star winner, at some point, applications will go out. You will be sent an application by winning five seasons. Again, there is no guarantee that you will become a by being sent an application.
- You can buy the host T-Shirt. Now, before you go crazy, I need to clarify what the host t-shirt does. Once you buy the T-Shirt, you will be sent an application fourm. Like above, you must fill it out and send it back. If it is good enough, you will become a host in training, if it is not good enough, you will simply be ranked 'Double Winner.' Buying the shirt does NOT garuentee you becoming a host, it simply gives you a CHANCE to become one. We do not have to accept your application by any means, and if you buy it, you must understand that you have no 100% garuentee of being accepted. With this being said, the host T-Shirt will only be 150RS. If you buy it and don't get in, you may not ask for a refund...
If you do decide to buy the shirt, send me a PM saying you bought the shirt, and I will look in your inventory to make sure you have it. I will then respond with the fourm.

Those are the only ways to become a host. Like I said many times, this system will prevent abusers and inactive hosts to have admin. Thanks for reading, and have fun playing Total Drama Island!

I just wanna clarify something before a bunch of people say "BUT IF WE DONT GET HOST FROM THE SHIRT ITS A RIP OFF" because I know some people will:
You are taking a risk, life comes with risks, you won't always get what you want. Besides, it's not the only way of getting host and you don't HAVE to buy it.

If you read above, you would know when you are allowed to apply. Asking just lowers your chances of being chosen.

Delete the buying stuff idea. Its a scam if you do the "Buy me of a chance of winning" Thing, take it down immediatley or i'll report you for scamming |

Its not scamming, nor a 'Buy me of a chance of winning'. It says buy it at your own risk... A scam would be tricking people into doing something/buying something they don't want. These people want to become a host, and have the chance to if they want to buy that t-shirt. It isn't the only way to become host.
I will say it again, like I did on the fourm itself, BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! YOU MIGHT NOT BE ACCEPTED!

Then everyone with 150R$ could apply. I explicitely stated that you might not become a host, so DO NOT buy it if you don't want to. It would be scamming if that was the only way for people to become host...

As long as I explicitly state that they might not become host, and that they are aware of the concequences (Like I have on the fourm) it is okay. You can refund them if you like, but keep in mind, if I were to pay 150$ to apply, then I don't get in, I get my money back. So it would be an auto application for anyone with 150R$...

To be honest and this is my opinion I think you should pick new hosts to replace some of the old ones because some host on that list I barely even see. |
