Fix the block system (Read if you are confused)

When I decide to block someone, I cannot see them in the chat, as intended. However if you are nearby you can see their chat (if it is bubble chat or bubble and classic) and it bugs me..

Just leave the server and uninstall roblox. Problem solved.
