Require captcha for sending messages

The easiest way to stop, or at least slow down, the constant spam messages you get from playing front page games is by requiring people to fill out a captcha. It doesn't have to be for every message you send, but say, for example, you've already sent 2 messages in the past 30 minutes - then it would be required. It shouldn't be required when sending messages to your friends though, since they're your friends. I like having my inbox open to the public, but I'm sick of getting these messages with the same content like "join my group pls sry to bother lol". Captcha is the simple solution.

This is useless. Slowing down the message usage won't really affect anything. People would still get spam.
