Welcome to the trainings section in this handbook. In this section, we will explain how trainings are ran in Costa Coffee. Anyways, in this section we will explain how trainings are done starting to the ending. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [What to Teach]: Here are somethings you would teach the trainees before trainings commence. - Introductions: Introductions for Trainees+ to say to the Customers: Ex1: Hello! Welcome to Costa Coffee, how may I help you? Ex2: Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening sir/ma'am! Welcome to Costa Coffee, can I help you today? Ex3: Hello. Welcome to Costa Coffee! My name is [NAME] and I'd be serving you today, what would you like? **These examples do not have to be used, but they do have to be similar to these examples. Remember to ask: "Is that all, sir/ma'am?" After they have ordered. - Things for trainees to say when Customer trollers approach. Ex1: Sir/Ma'am, please stop messing around like that. It is not funny and actually a bit annoying. If you continue, I will call a security officer. Ex2: Sir/Ma'am, please stop being silly, if you continue, I will call a high rank or security. Ex3: Please stop messing around! It is annoying for me and others around you. If you continue, I will call a security member or a HR. **Remember to mention that if there are no High Ranks around; to write the troller's name and tell a HR what they did. If possible, please include a gyazo, prntscrn, or a ROBLOX decal photo links. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [Process of trainings]: Starting Tasks: -Lock the server and start the trainings 5 minutes after the time. - Customers are not allowed. Please tell them to leave or kick them. - Go through the example introductions.
