Hello Comrades! Welcome to the Union of Soviet Socialist Republic, other wise known as the USSR. As you may know, we are a Russian faction. This is a MUST READ document for all soldiers of the USSR. So, read carefully, and if you can't read, have microsoft dave or your mom or something read this to you.
There of course will be rules, so that there are no crazy 'anarchist' Fail Roleplayers. If you don't know what that is, let's just say you used your context clues and automatically assumed that that is bad because it had the word 'Fail' in it. Which it is bad, Very bad. If you see one of these people ruining the Roleplay, please contact an admin.
I, Transcripts, am the one that has been granted permission to command all USSR units in this roleplay, so you may see me quite a bit. Anyways, on to the rules.
~~~~~Rules~~~~~
-Like I mentioned before, there will be no fail Roleplay, or you will be kicked out of the faction and/or banned from the game depending on my own or RedXCore's decision.
-Remember you are an elite unit of soviet soldiers who conquered the world and ended world war two with your bare hands. So ACT LIKE IT. You are tough, stubborn, and most defineltely well behaved.
-Always obey a higher rank's orders. Unless the rank is below Corporal, just so a private first class isn't training and leading a patrol of just Privates. It would barely make sense if someone who has had a day or two of RP training would lead people with the same amount of training, right? Right.
-You may only be given a particular rank. Officers should be chosen within the faction and there MIGHT be an officer test in the future. So be whatever rank you please besides a 2nd Lieutenant and up.

So, assuming you cannot read ranks in Russian, because most of us guys are either American or British in real life and can barely speak two words of another language, I have translated the ranks, but feel free to put them in Russian in game.

Staff Sergeant
First Sergeant/Gunnery Sergeant (depending on whether you are a marine or not)
2nd Lieutenant
1st Lieutenant
Captain
Major

These may be different in a different order in the U.S.A. but this is how the Russians ordered it. Trust me, I do my research.
